A Chicago-based consulting firm was hired to support the GTM strategy of a company that manufactures grills. The manufacturer wanted to better understand how buyers for major retailers (e.g., hardware stores, sports stores, and appliance stores) prioritize brands when stocking grills and outdoor accessories, but they were struggling to get in touch with the right experts.

Solution

The consulting firm approached Zintro to recruit 15 high-level decision makers responsible for purchasing grills and related accessories for their stores for 60-minute qualitative interviews. Through its custom recruitment process, Zintro was able to easily deliver the exact decision-maker profiles that the firm’s client had previously struggled to find. The Zintro team presented a total of 20 experts from a group of 25 top retailers in the United States.
